While I've had a decent amount of time with Kid Icarus Uprising's main game, my exposure to the multiplayer modes was limited to just a few, rushed minutes with an early demo on the crowded E3 2011 show floor. What I saw there didn't leave a strong impression on me at the time, but after my recent demo, it seems evident that the developers have put quite a bit of spit shine into these modes since I last saw them. In fact, Uprising's multiplayer component may just be the game's greatest strength....
